The brainchild of Dr. Cara VanWormer-Hartman, Therapeutic Health is a new-age wellness center with a unique health model. The clinic is founded on the belief that the human body is the most amazing and advanced creation, and knows how to heal itself and thrive. Dr. VanWormer-Hartman, DC, DABCI, has a passion for watching people's lives change before her eyes with the beauty of Eastern medicine. She believes the body has the ability to heal itself, and finds great joy in empowering her patients to take control of their health and find effective ways to restore balance in their lives. Dr. VanWormer-Hartman is a magna cum laude graduate from the National University of Health Sciences - Chiropractic College, and received her Board Certification in Internal Medicine from the American Council of Chiropractic Internists. Additionally, she holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) from the National University of Health Sciences and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from Illinois Wesleyan University.

Sharon Speziale, Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT), recently joined the health and wellness industry after answering a call to help people alleviate stress and ease pain. Whether you need to relax and de-stress, recover following injury or surgery, improve posture and movement, manage pain from disease or illness, or seek muscle pain relief, Sharon will work with you to define treatment goals that will help you feel better and move better. She is graduate of the School of Holistic Massage and Reflexology (SOHMAR) in Downers Grove, Illinois, and has a BFA in Drawing and Painting from Indiana University, Bloomington.
