Sprint 4G LTE Coming Soon! In Mr. Curtis McCoy's 6/17/15 meeting with Sprint/ Erickson techs, network issues are being resolved in the very near future & 4G LTE is Coming to the Western Slope!
WESTERN SLOPE, CO, June 20, 2015 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Mr. Curtis McCoy, primary owner of the new Nationwide Boss Cellular network, along with the Boss Cellular team, has been working tirelessly with Sprint Service Assurance/ Delivery over the past several months, in order to isolate and identify the causes of poor mobile data issues on Sprint devices.
After submitting over 100 formal tickets with Sprint Technical Support, Boss Cellular was able to get a Sprint/Erickson Representative to come from Utah to troubleshoot, on-site (at two Western Slope Boss Cellular locations), the slow data speeds, intermittent mobile data outages and extremely slow mobile data that all Sprint customers have been experiencing over the past several months all over the Western Slope of Colorado.
As previously speculated by the Boss Cellular development team, the Sprint/Erickson Representative upon testing the Sprint towers around the Boss Cellular stores confirmed that there was in fact a Sprint "data throughput issue" as well as carrier capacity issues that caused problems for Sprint customers such as:
- Terrible data speeds
- Intermittent mobile data connectivity
- Even slower data speeds with increased usage (for example: when kids get out of school and everyone is on social networking sites like Facebook, Instagram & Twitter).
- Problems with some customers not being able to send or receive MMS (picture) messages.
- Problems with customers being able to port (transfer) their phone number to or from Boss Cellular or other Sprint service providers.
The great news is that because of the constant development work Boss Cellular has been doing to improve the entire network, ALL Sprint customers as well as new and existing customers who use Boss Cellular - PCS service should no-longer have to worry about failed port-ins, poor mobile data connectivity or the inability to send or receive MMS messages as soon as this Sprint issue is fixed!
Erickson and Sprint Service Assurance/ Delivery started work on fixing the towers on 6/18/2015 after meeting with Boss Cellular CEO, Mr. Curtis McCoy and they expect all problems to be remedied shortly!
