Mobility Tax Firm Introduces Newest Managing Director

    HOUSTON, TX, June 22, 2015 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Global Tax Network (GTN) announced that Mark Tirpak has joined the team as Managing Director of GTN's South region, which covers Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Alabama. Tirpak will lead the charge for GTN South out of his suburban Houston office in The Woodlands, TX, where he will continue to build out the team to support clients in that region.

Tirpak has over 14 years of experience working with multinational companies to ensure globally mobile employees (and their employers) fully benefit from the experience. These have included high tech, financial services and oil and gas companies for whom full tax compliance and speed of deployment are essential for doing business around the globe. While providing tax advice for entities and their mobility programs, Tirpak has continued to refine and demonstrate his skills as a presenter and host of a number of specialist tax seminars.

Tirpak began his career with PwC's International Assignment Services practice where he gained extensive experience in advising multinational companies on global mobility related issues including expatriate taxation, payroll, equity compensation planning, international assignment policy review, and program administration. He has worked in various locations including Tokyo, Japan; San Jose, CA; and Houston, TX.

Tirpak earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Economics & Public Policy from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business and is an IRS Enrolled Agent. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his wife Mayumi and daughter Lily.
