Brentano's Showroom a Bright Spot at NeoCon

    CHICAGO, IL, June 26, 2015 /24-7PressRelease/ -- With over 50,000 design professionals gathered for NeoCon, the largest commercial interiors show in North America, the Merchandise Mart was bursting with bright ideas this past week. One of the brightest spots, Brentano's showroom, shone with more than 250 marquee light bulbs, a tribute to the textile line's 25th anniversary and Design Director Iris Wang's luminary vision.

"I love NeoCon. There's so much excitement, and everyone's dressed up -- even our showroom. We finally got to see people react to patterns from our upcoming Jubilee collection, like Chatoyance and Equinox, and that's affirmation for me that the balance we're striking between contract performance and soft, residential-inspired product is the right one for Brentano," said Wang.

The industry also honored Wang with an "Creative Director - HiPster" award for her work as a Design Leader in textile design. In its second year, the Honoring Industry People and Innovative Products program recognizes pioneers in commercial design as voted on by their peers. Interior Design magazine officially recognized Wang at the HiP, HiP Hooray! event on Sunday.
