DETROIT, MI, July 05, 2015 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Falafill - Midtown's community outreach efforts exceed expectations in lieu of marketing strategies and community connections.
Metro Detroit's most popular foodies joined the owners and staff of Falafill for the company's first major in-house event - "Falafill Up The Foodies" hosted in coordination with Falafill and Eventistry. The event featured all of the restaurant's delicious offerings on the menu. Foodies selected options from the fresh selections ranging from the statement falafel to the company's biggest seller - the marinated yogurt chicken complimented with tomatoes and a variety of spices. Sounds delicious, right? The foodies thought it tasted just as heavenly as it looked and smelled. The night brought in representatives from Food Porn Detroit, This Is A Good Sign, the Detroit Foodie and more local social media influences.
"I'm really enjoying this food," Dave Moss, a local and popular Foodie to the Twitter and Instagram community commented on his meal. "It has a nice crunch and texture," referring to the minted cabbage salad. "I like the different options and sizes. Everything is fresh." He stated. As to Falafill's hip and colorful eatery, "it's comfortable here," he continued, "and very cheery." The restaurant is full of vivid images from food images to a bustling Beirut street scene mural complementing an entire wall. Anyone's senses are sparked by the environment upon entering and smelling the scrumptious foods to seeing the vibrant decor and tasting the divine and refreshing foods. Yes, refreshing. Falafill's healthy options appeased the foodies with the nutritious and filling ingredients.
"It's always exciting seeing a company flourish by its own influences," says Amera Fattah, owner of Eventistry. "The owners and staff of Falafill are friendly and personable and truly care not only for the success of the business but local businesses and Detroit - that's why the growth of this business will exceed everyone's expectations." With ongoing construction on Woodward Avenue, businesses are impacted with walk-ins and general sales. The construction hasn't slowed down Falafill. The staff is taking the marketing efforts outside of the restaurant by flyering to local businesses their local employee discounts and contacting businesses with their new exclusive catering incentives. Social media marketing is increasing their consumer base. With over 1,600 likes just on Facebook, the company's likes are representative of more than a Facebook button but inclusive of Falafill's lively environment, melt-in-your-mouth menu, charming staff, and successful company philosophy.
The food is made fresh from scratch daily. Co-owner Kassem Fardoun takes pride is the company mantra - "Fast, Fresh, Falafill." The owners purchase ingredients locally and serve up only the best to their customers. Their newest marketing efforts are dedicated to catering to the local community. Fala-fill Up The Foodies was a positive kick-off to the restaurant's popularity and presence. In addition to participating in local events such as Bravo! Bravo! and upcoming community events, this is only the beginning of Falafill's Detroit Influence.
