In this position Chambers will work closely with Taylor overseeing entitlement issues, strategic planning and financial oversight for new and existing projects in Lake Elsinore and Beaumont. The company currently has nine active new home neighborhoods in the Inland Empire.

Chambers joins the Pardee Homes' Inland Empire team following last year's merger of Pardee and TRI Pointe Homes, Inc. and his most recent position with Federal Realty Investment Trust, as Senior Director of Development and Acquisitions for their California division where he handled various aspects of acquisitions, development and construction activities throughout California and worked closely with city, county and public agencies overseeing entitlements.
