At Lenox Hill Hospital, Dr. Giangola demonstrates expertise in vascular surgery, carotid artery treatment and abdominal surgery. His 30 years of experience have enabled him to become successful in treating peripheral vascular disease, renovascular hypertension, abdominal and thoracic aortic aneurysms, mesenteric occlusive disease and thoracic outlet syndrome. Named one of the Top Doctors in the New York Metro Area on seven occasions, Dr. Giangola is truly a notable presence in his field.
To remain on the cutting edge of medicine, Dr. Giangola is a member of the Society for Clinical Vascular Surgery, VESS, the New York Society for Vascular Surgery, the New York Surgical Society and the American College of Surgeons. In a recent interview, Dr. Giangola credited his success to his education and certifications. He holds an MD, and completed both a residency and fellowship at the New York University Medical Center.
