Kandy Magazine iPad Lifestyle App Ranked in Top 1/10th of One-Percent Apple Appstore

    LAS VEGAS, NV, July 21, 2015 /24-7PressRelease/ -- On July 18th, the Kandy Magazine App in Apple's Appstore was ranked #822 out of 1,400,000 apps. This places the Kandy Magazine app in the top one-tenth of one percent of all apps in the Appstore. In addition, in the Lifestyle app category the Kandy magazine app was ranked #34. The Lifestyle app category is one of the fastest growing app categories in the appstore. Finally, in the Newsstand category, Kandy was ranked as high #5 for the day before closing at #6 in the rankings. All three rankings in overall, lifestyle and newsstand are all-time daily highs for Kandy.

As of January 2015, there have been over 250 million iPads sold. There are 1.4 million apps in the Appstore, including games. Besides Kandy Magazine ranking #822 overall yesterday in the iPad Appstore Kandy was nubmer 6 overall in the Apple Newsstand. This puts Kandy in top .06 percent of all Apps, in other words the top one-tenth of 1% of all iOS iPad apps in the US.
