In addition to treating patients, Dr. Brahma conducts research in reproductive medicine and women's health. Her research interests include fertility preservation, in vitro fertilization, polycystic ovary syndrome, diminished ovarian reserve and premature ovarian sufficiency.
On a daily basis, Dr. Brahma tailors her treatments to meet her patients' needs. Board-certified in obstetrics and gynecology by the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, her areas of expertise include recurrent pregnancy loss, uterine anomalies, and IVF advancements. Besides seeing patients in private practice, Dr. Brahma is also recognized for her teaching and mentoring of medical students, residents and fellows.
Attributing her success to her passion for health care, Dr. Brahma also enjoys helping others. She became involved in her profession because of her lifelong interest in helping those in need of medical services.
Dr. Brahma completed her fellowship in reproductive endocrinology and infertility at Emory University. She received her undergraduate degree in medicine at the University of Michigan. She was recently inducted into Worldwide Registry and also maintains affiliations with the University of Michigan Alumni Association, the American Society of Reproductive Medicine and the Georgia Obstetrics and Gynecology Society. Among her honors include the J. Robert Willson Award for Excellence in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
