SAN ANTONIO, TX, July 31, 2015 /24-7PressRelease/ -- At age 11, Kayla Martell lost her hair due to Alopecia, but that didn't stop her from being a finalist in the Miss America pageant in 2011. Like Martell, more than 30 million women suffer from hair loss. Now, she's on a national tour to educate women on new technology and advancements in hair loss treatments. She will be at a free seminar on Tuesday, Sept. 15 from 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm at Trinity Lace Wigs & Unisex Salon at 7400 Blanco Road, less than half a mile outside Loop 410.
Stephanie Anderson, owner of Trinity Lace Wigs, said because the advancements in hair loss, it's making it easier for the average person to afford solutions - which was once something that was once beyond the average pocketbook and targeted mainly to businessmen.

Martell, along with national hair loss expert, Rhonda McCarthy, started this national tour three years ago to help women with their frustration of not knowing where to go. The Women's Hair Loss Seminar will address the specifics about the FDA's recent approval for low-level laser therapy and the success combined with trichology treatment. It will also touch upon everyday things women can do to prevent further hair loss.
