Ms. Benjamin also collaborates with internal partners concerning strategic influence and initiative deliveries. She brings to the enterprise a business vision toward quality and plans to align results with enterprise objectives. She has introduced strategic sourcing solutions, built automated testing solutions to support digital development and made the quality team a strong technology partner to the business.
Ms. Benjamin possesses long and strong experience in the technology industry, primarily in banking and financial institutions. She has advanced from development roles to senior management positions while acquiring strong skills in project management and quality assurance testing. Ms. Benjamin's experience includes managing technology development teams on Legacy and Web applications, delivering projects of several million dollars. She has also created a team of quality assurance specialists that is now recognized as an ISTQB platinum partner.
Ms. Benjamin is a senior manager and a professional who has received collegial and business training in management, leadership and Lean Six Sigma. She is also a certified Project Management Professional.
