Scottsdale Plastic Surgeon Part of Elite Roundtable Breast Implant Talk

Surgeons on the panel agreed that capsular contracture is "the most challenging and disheartening" complication to manage following breast augmentation but that textured, round implants from the manufacturer Sientra reduce the risk.
