Salt Lake City Mission is gearing up for our Back to School Giveaway, which will be held on August 15,2015 at the Christian Life Center. We are putting together 500 backpacks, filled to the brim with school supplies, as well as clothing for every child present. There will be fun and games for everyone as well as a delicious meal at the Christian Life Center, 1055 North Redwood Road, Salt Lake City, Utah 84116

We need your support right now to make the back to school giveaway as successful as possible. We currently have enough supplies for 50 backpacks, worth about $4,500.

Our goal is to raise $35,000 worth of supplies plus clothing. We are looking for volunteers during the event, plenty of school supplies, and new or used children's clothing. We also need a food sponsor for the day of the event.
