ECM Training Services Announces Panel of Industry Experts for Seminar on "LNG As Marine Fuel"

September 22 -23, 2015, at Minute Maid Park in Houston, TX. A distinguished group of industry experts, who are influencing the way LNG is used globally in a marine environment, will lead the discussions.

Panelists
- Commander Gretchen Bailey of the U.S. Coast Guard, Marine Safety Unit in Houma, LA. Commander Bailey has been one of the leads for the Coast Guard in the development of policy for LNG bunkering procedures and LNG's use as a fuel. She has over 19 years of maritime experience, including vessel inspection, port security, waterfront facility inspection, mariner licensing, casualty investigation, and marine disaster and firefighting response.
- Aziz Bamik, General Manager, GTT North America. Aziz is leading technology developments in the construction of land storage of LNG and cargo containment for LNG carriers which are licensed worldwide by leading shipyards and EPCs.
- Aaron Brown, Senior Consultant, DNV GL. In his role at DNV GL, Aaron works closely with USCG and others to establish a national regulatory framework designed to prevent major environmental hazards. He was also responsible for the report DNV GL delivered to MARAD on LNG bunkering.
- Lindsay Deal, Deputy Section Manager for the Quantitative Risk Analysis Group, DNV GL. Lindsay specializes in quantifying risk for floating LNG applications. She routinely provides technical advice and risk contextualization for LNG transport risk, under both TERMPOL and WSA frameworks.
- John Hatley, Vice President, Ship Power, Wartsila. Currently Americas VP Ship Power for Wartsila North America, John has 25+ years of combined marine experience spanning business development, sales, project-management of vessel construction, owner's representation, ship operations, and vessel design.
- Renee Klimczak, Managing Director, Galway Group Energy Advisors. As Managing Director of Galway Group, Renee focuses her advisory practice on gas and LNG - shipping, marketing, projects and LNG as fuel. Her unique perspective was developed by working in global roles across all sectors of gas and LNG.
- Adthisaya Ganesan Manickam, CEO Bendwaters, Maritime industry expert formerly with MISC Berhad. Ganesen leads the technical consultancy services for LNG projects including repair, life extension of old fleet, conversion and new builds for LNGC, FSU, FSRU & FLNG. Ganesen is a career maritime professional who has significant experience in maritime education and training.
- Tony Teo, Director, Technology and Business Maritime, Keppel. Tony recently joined Keppel as LNG business director. He has provided technical leadership on LNG Ship Classification for 30+ years.
