Denver Enterprise App Developer Acquires Indian Software Shop

Terms of the deal, though not disclosed, resulted in the Denver company growing into a significantly larger organization with more clients and employees. Now with approximately 30 total developers and contractors, AppIt Ventures' principals, senior developers and designers have equity stakes in the larger entity with opportunities for long-term earn-outs.
