Greg Redlitz and Robert Thorne Celebrate 25 Years Representing Celebrity Brands

    BEVERLY HILLS, CA, August 26, 2015 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Robert Thorne and Greg Redlitz today announce the celebration of their business partnership of 25 years representing celebrity, corporate and institutional brands.

The partnership began with Thorne and Redlitz's management of Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen's Dualstar Entertainment Group from the 1990s to 2005, Thorne as CEO and Redlitz as EVP, building a worldwide entertainment conglomerate in film, television, video, book publishing and consumer products, with annual retail sales over $1 billion.

The Dualstar brand featured an innovative business model. Said Thorne: "There really wasn't anything like Dualstar at the time, save for maybe Martha Stewart." With Dualstar, Thorne and Redlitz developed a strategy of overseeing manufacturers and retailers and building a marketing juggernaut that catapulted the brand globally.

Following their management of Dualstar, Thorne and Redlitz acted as licensing agents for the consumer products brands of Wendy Williams, Hilary Duff and Quincy Jones, building on and refining their innovative strategy, and currently they represent, among others, The Vatican Observatory Foundation, Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi and Melissa McCarthy (her new fashion line launches this Fall).

Thorne and Redlitz are also lawyers. Since 1992, they have represented Pulitzer Prize-winning novelist and producer Larry McMurtry (Lonesome Dove, Terms of Endearment) and his writing/producing partner Diana Ossana, who together won the Screenwriting Oscar and Best Picture and Screenwriting Golden Globes for Brokeback Mountain.
