Looking back, Mr. Cebulko attributes his success to his education and driven nature. He became involved in his profession through his accounting and finance background.

Mr. Cebulko received an MBA from DePaul University in 1995 and a Bachelor of Science in accounting from DePaul University in 1974. He is a member of The American Health Information Management Association. In years to come, Mr. Cebulko intends to venture into a management position within the health care sector.
