Maria C. Gonzalez Appointed First Hispanic Chairwoman of the Family Law Section of the Florida Bar

    FORT LAUDERDALE, FL, September 03, 2015 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Maria C. Gonzalez, a partner with Young, Berman, Karpf & Gonzalez P.A., has been recognized for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in family law.

For over 25 years, Ms. Gonzalez has helped families resolve their disputes. She is proud to be an approachable member of the legal community who affects lives every day through her work.

She is a board-certified Marital and Family Law attorney and Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. She is also a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Mediator. Ms. Gonzalez has been honored with accolades and special recognitions throughout her career and has been published in numerous prestigious publications. For the last several years, she has been named Preeminent Attorney, listed as a 'Top Lawyer' in South Florida and placed on the list of Super Lawyers. Ms. Gonzalez received a bachelor's degree from the University of Miami and her law degree from Nova University.
