David J. Winter Celebrates More Than 35 Years of Practiced Industry Experience

    PLYMOUTH, MI, September 03, 2015 /24-7PressRelease/ -- David J. Winter, PLC Attorney and Owner has been recognized for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in medical malpractice.

Demonstrating more than three and a half decades of industry know-how, Mr. Winter parlays his knowledge into his role with his own law firm, which offers legal services in the areas of medical malpractice and personal injury. On a day-to-day basis, he assists clients with legal cases in all facets of medical malpractice and personal injury, including birth injuries, heart attacks, post-operations and catastrophic losses. Additionally, he acts as an advocate for patient safety. Prior to his current position, he was a senior shareholder of Sommers Schwartz, P.C.

Mr. Winter excels in his field due to a combination of his prior industry experiences and his educational background, which includes a JD from Michigan State University College of Law. Throughout his stellar career, he has won a variety of awards, including an AV Preeminent rating through Martindale-Hubbell for 25 years, as well as being named by them as one of the Top Rated Lawyers in Medical Malpractice. In order to maintain a connection with his field outside of his job, he affiliates himself with the Detroit Metropolitan Bar Association, where he formerly served as president, and currently serves on the executive committee.
