Frank Asaro, Esq. is recognized for showing dedication and prominence in business/corporate law, real estate development law, and maritime law, including litigation in those fields. In 1963, Ms. Asaro's innovativeness substantially contributed to the landmark products liability holding of the Greenman v. Yuba Power Product case, while serving as lawyer-law clerk to the California District Court of Appeal.
Mr. Asaro is distinguished for his 50 years of dedication to the legal sector. For the past 15 years, he has served as the sole attorney of the Law Offices of V. Frank Asaro. He provides clients with legal services and consultation in the areas of real estate, business and corporate law, as well as transactions and litigation. He has handled cases involving the acquisition of sites, zoning and permits, construction and take-out financing, secured transactions, and construction legal issues, among others. Throughout his prominent career, he has served as outside transactional and litigation legal counsel to a $3 billion multinational public corporation real estate construction company. Additionally, he has served as the transactions and litigation counsel for a $400 million NYSE public multi-location corporate builder real estate development company. In addition to serving as judge pro tem, Mr. Asaro provided services as a mediator, arbitrator and legal consultant. He has represented, among others, The Lomas Santa Fe Group, Wimpay Inc., Standard Pacific, First American Title Co. and Union Bank. As a youth, he was inspired to pursue a career in law by reading books about Abraham Lincoln, Clarence Darrow, and other great lawyers. An AV Preeeminent Attorney through Martindale-Hubbell for more than 30 years, Mr. Asaro served as a law clerk/attorney to Justice Martin Coughlin of the California District Court of Appeal in 1963.Legal education: Loyola University Law School, and Southwestern University Law School, J.D; he received his B.A. in economics and political science from San Diego State University in 1957.
