Shield Air Solutions, Inc. Announces Jason Makowski as New Chief Operating Officer

    HOUSTON, TX, September 05, 2015 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Shield Air Solutions, Inc. is proud to announce Jason Makowski has joined the Shield Air team as Chief Operating Officer. Jason brings with him eleven years of operations, sales and engineering leadership experience with the previous eight years specific to the HVAC manufacturing industry.

Jason's most recent experience in the HVAC industry was with Goodman Manufacturing, A Member of the Daikin Group. Jason began his tenure at Goodman as a Design Engineer in the Air Conditioner Products group and moved quickly to Lead Engineer within Air Conditioner Products. Most recently he held the title of Engineering Manager, Outdoor and Indoor Products. In this role Jason had responsibility for new product development, talent acquisition and development, capital budgeting, and initiatives concerning federal efficiency standards.

Jason's extensive background in product development will enable Shield Air to extend the suite of products offered in the industrial and explosion proof HVAC market. Jason holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Detroit Mercy and an MBA from the University of Houston.
