Phoenix Area Attorney Hosts Presentation for Local Lawyers on Fee Recovery

    PHOENIX, AZ, September 09, 2015 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Estate litigation attorney Zachary Mushkatel, Esq. of Mushkatel, Robbins and Becker, P.L.L.C. will be hosting a presentation entitled 'Recovering Fees in Estate Litigation and Adult Protective Services Claims' this coming Thursday, September 10th 2015 at the Maricopa County Bar Association. The Maricopa County Bar Association is located at 303 E. Palm Lane in Phoenix, Arizona. The paid event will start at 7:30 AM and last until 9:00 AM with breakfast provided.

The discussion will be focused on the obstacles and available avenues for attorney fee recovery when filing actions under Title 14 and 46 of the Arizona Revised Statutes (ARS). Mr. Mushkatel's presentation will also discuss relevant case law, methods of case presentation and the court's application of ARS 12-349 and the relevant fee recovery statutes under The Trust Code.

This activity is open for members and non-members of the Maricopa County Bar Association and may qualify for up 1.5 hours of the annual CLE requirement under the State Bar of Arizona.
