Jackson Design & Remodeling Continues Record Growth

JDR has been named to Inc. Magazine's "Fastest Growing Private Companies" list for a seventh consecutive year. JDR earns the special "Honor Roll" distinction for a second year, which is awarded only to those companies who make the Inc. list for a sixth year. JDR has also earned spots on the "Remodeling 550" and Qualified Remodeler's Top 500.

For the first time, JDR leads the San Diego remodeling market in revenues, earning the 18th spot on the "Remodeling 550," up from 21 in 2014. The company also moved up from 98 to 96 on Qualified Remodeler's Top 500.

Todd Jackson, CEO and Founder of Jackson Design and Remodeling has led his company to tremendous growth, jumping from $5.3 million in revenue in 2009 to $11.6 million in 2014 with the company on track to reach more than $13 million in 2015.

Inc. Magazine's list of 5000 Fastest-Growing Private U.S. Companies in 2015 is compiled based on revenue growth from 2011 through 2014. To qualify, companies must be U.S. based, privately held, for profit and independent. Jackson Design and Remodeling is among the top construction companies in California named to Inc. Magazine's prestigious list. Over the past 3 years, JDR has grown by 57 percent and has more than doubled the company's annual revenue, from $5.4 million in 2010 to $11.6 million in 2014.

Qualified Remodeler publishes its annual "Top 500" based on the following criteria: Annual sales volume for the previous year, total number of years in business, association membership, certified employees on staff, industry awards and community service. Each company submitted a letter or audited statement from their CPA to verify their total volume of sales. Jackson Design and Remodeling has been ranked on the Top 500 list every year since 2004. This year, Jackson Design and Remodeling continued to move up the rankings, earning the #96 spot on the list, up from its previous spot at #98.

Remodeling Magazine's "Remodeling 550" is a list of the nation's largest residential renovation companies. It comprises four categories: full service, specialty and replacement, insurance restoration companies and franchise operations. The rankings are based on CPA certified statements on annual sales volume. JDR moved up three spots this year, coming in at #18 on the 2015 list, up from #21 in 2014.
