Ms. Chapdelaine was appointed vice president and general manager at Lockheed Martin Canada MST in 2012 after serving in several executive positions within the corporation in both the United States and the United Kingdom. With three decades of professional experience, she has honed her skills in program management, portfolio growth and talent development. Ms. Chapdelaine leads a organization of 600 employees located across Canada and oversees company operations countrywide, including customer and supply chain partnership and engagement. She is also trusted to develop and execute long-term strategic plans. Ms. Chapdelaine has a total program portfolio valued over $1.5 billion. Her work includes Naval Combat Systems and training systems for Canada and New Zealand, as well as products, radar, renewable energy and in-service support contracts for Canada, along with exports to the UK and U.S.
A graduate of the University of Washington, Ms. Chapdelaine holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering. She is also a certified program manager through Lockheed Martin. Ms. Chapdelaine serves on the Board of Directors of CADSI and is a board member for the Ottawa CEO Networking Breakfast. Her further professional affiliations include the International Women's Forum, the Women's Executive Network and the National Association for Professional Women.
