Mr. Berman brings nearly 45 years of professional experience to his role at Berman & Berman P.A., a firm that practices primarily in the areas of estate planning, estate administration, trust administration, probate administration, probate litigation, guardianships, and taxation. Located in Miami, the firm is noted for its ability to preserve the rights of taxpayers in dispute with the IRS. Mr. Berman oversees all operations of the firm alongside his son, Paul Berman. Mr. Berman's strong academic foundation includes a Master of Laws from New York University School of Law Taxation, earned in 1973, and a JD from Brooklyn Law School, earned in 1970. He previously received a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from the University of Bridgeport in 1967. His professional affiliations include the Florida Bar Association, South Florida Tax Litigation Association and South Miami-Kendall Bar Association.

In light of his accomplishments, Mr. Berman was recently selected to be featured in Pro-Files Magazine and in Worldwide Publishing's book, "Top Lawyers: The Secrets to their Success." He aims for continued professional achievements in the coming years. Aside from his profession, Mr. Berman enjoys writing children's books and volunteers to read to nursery school children at the local Jewish Community Center. He has also written a musical show dedicated to the memory of his wife, which he hopes to see performed in the near future.
