Dr. Moors, who will speak at the Morial Convention Center, is also a professor in the Graduate Center for Social and Public Policy at Duquesne University, where he directs the Energy Policy Research Group. The International WorkBoat Show is North America's largest commercial marine trade show and conference. The 36th edition of the show will be held from Tuesday, Dec. 1, through Thursday, Dec. 3.
