Wintrust Mortgage Celebrates First Year in Needham

Wintrust broke ground in New England with the Needham office on September 15th, 2014. Since then, they have reached many noteworthy milestones truly worth celebrating.

When Wintrust entered the New England mortgage market a year ago, the company started with an operations manager, an underwriter, a processor, two loan officers and the Regional VP. In a year's time, this team has grown to 11 loan officers, a second processor, and two loan officer assistants. "We're all working together as such a cohesive team," says Regional Vice President, Amy Tierce. "It's more than I could have ever asked for in such a short amount of time, from an unrecognized brand," she continues.

Another noteworthy accomplishment was the promotion of Drew Grandi to sales manager after excellent performance as a loan officer. "Drew has excelled and is a consistent standout member of the team. He is so deserving of this position," says Tierce.

The growth didn't stop in Needham this year. Wintrust also opened one location in Framingham and another in North Attleboro. These expansions reflect the rapid demand for Wintrust's services spurring accelerated growth.

This year has brought Wintrust and its New England offices a monthly closed loan production of over $100 million for an annual pace.
