The Tecma Group of Companies Acquires Made in Mexico, Inc.

The decision to commit to the creation of an ongoing Mexican shelter operation in Tijuana was made as a result of a steadily expanding demand for Tecma's services by manufacturers in Mexico's westernmost state, and was achieved through Tecma's acquisition of Made in Mexico Inc. The purchase was completed effective October 1, 2015.

As a result of the acquisition of Made in Mexico, Tecma has positioned itself to be the foremost provider of outsourced manufacturing support services for companies that wish to setup and maintain production operations in nearshore proximity to the United States, the world's most developed consumer market.
