The decision to pursue a career as an attorney was natural for her, as her father, brother and sister are all attorneys. After completing her education, she established a general practice in the 1980s, which eventually developed into a family law practice because of her passion for assisting families and children.
Ms. Witting maintains various industry-related affiliations. She is a member of the Family Law Section of the American Bar Association, The State Bar of California and the Family Law Section of the Ventura County Bar Association. Formerly, she served as president of the Thousand Oaks Branch of the American Association of University Women.
