AusCorp Connect Confirm Attendance to Inspiring Charity Event

The partnership funds the vital work of Triple Care Farm, a specialised community in which vulnerable young people are given a safe place to live and learn. As well as providing solace, Triple Care Farm provides young people with the opportunity to develop socially, emotionally and vocationally, and offered an extensive range of educational opportunities through which they can build a strong foundation for future employment and happiness.

Working with young people affected by mental illness and substance abuse Triple Care Farm offers a lifeline to those society sometimes overlooks. As well as helping them to improve their mental well-being, Mission Australia is focused on providing a bright future and has a dedicated team at Triple Care Farm who specialise in vocational training. To support the continued success of their students, Triple Care Farm also offers a post support programme which extends their services to students after they have left the farm to ensure they remain on a bright and positive path.

To ensure this vital work can continue, over the last 25 years Mission Australia and Friends in Giving have joined forces and held a major annual fundraising event. In the past this event has helped to fund important developments at Triple Care Farm, including the extension of the facilities' Gateway House which has allowed them to increase their accommodation and accept a greater number of troubled young people.

The Friends in Giving Gold Ball is set to be held, like every year, at the Hilton Hotel in Sydney and will see some of the regions' brightest business owners come together for a unique night of support and fundraising.
