ANYANG, KOREA, October 23, 2015 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Pison Contents, which runs Musicspray, a global online music delivery service, reported on Oct. 14 that it attracted $1 million from investors and programs, including Sazze Partners, a venture capital firm in Silicon Valley; Primer, a domestic investment company; and Tech Incubator Program for Startup (TIPS National R&D grant), which is run by the Small and Medium Business Administration.
Currently, Pison Contents' headquarters is located in Korea, and it is operating offices and research centers in the U.S, France, and China. The company is an official direct distributor of major online music services provided by global companies, including Apple, Spotify, Google, and Amazon. With Musicspray, a global online music delivery service, the company has garnered much attention from the industry. Furthermore, Pison Contents has successfully introduced a new music distribution business model in the domestic market.
Pison Contents CEO Ryu, Ho-Suk said: "SoundDex will automate all transaction information and related tasks between domestic and international music markets. Thus, deep-rooted problems, such as personnel expenses, time and regional differences, and opacity in the music industry, will be solved. And the global music business will become more effective on a larger scale. This will innovatively reform music markets in Korea and emerging countries."
Pison Contents is currently developing SoundDex, which computerizes the processes of the global online music distribution business, related core technologies in Silicon Valley, and the research center in France. The company will officially give its business presentation at BeGlobal SF 2015 Top 10 Startup, which will be held in San Francisco this month.
