Associated Asset Management Promotes Marsha Smith to Oversee and Expand the Developer Services Department

    TEMPE, AZ, October 24, 2015 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Associated Asset Management (AAM), LLC, a nationally recognized leader in community association management and accounting services for clients throughout the United States, announced its promotion of Marsha Smith, Director of Developer Services, to oversee and expand the Developer Services Department.

A nine-year veteran of AAM, Marsha has held both positions of Community Manager and Area Manager. "At AAM, we mine a deep bench of talent that we grow and promote, and Marsha is one of those key leaders who has been instrumental in creating and implementing various proprietary management systems geared to aiding AAM's clients," said Kim Olson, Vice President of Developer Services. As Director of Developer Services, Marsha will be assisting with AAM's developer clients in all areas of business, including attending meetings to keep them updated on their existing communities and working with them on new communities from start to finish. She will be actively involved from the time the developers have a conceptual plan, through acceptance of common areas to delivering total peace of mind when the community is able to smoothly transition to a Homeowner Board.
