Max Lewis recently retired from the Sherwin-Williams Company (NYSE: SHW) as corporate VP of Global Innovation and VP of R&D for the Latin America Group. Rebecca Boenigk is the CEO and Chairman of the Board of Neutral Posture, Inc. a furniture manufacturing company. Together Mr. Lewis and Ms. Boenigk bring 60 years of product development, manufacturing and industry experience to PureColor's Board of Directors.
In addition to Sherwin-Williams, Mr. Lewis worked at Dupont (NYSE: DD) and Conoco, Inc. His career included positions in R&D, engineering, marketing and manufacturing support. Mr. Lewis serves as a director for Pera International, located in London, UK and served as a director for the Industrial Research Institute (IRI) from 2011 - 2014.
