This special recognition was the beginning of another successful year for the Glastonbury-based, multifaceted real estate management firm. In the past eleven months, Trio Properties has experienced healthy growth. Recently, Trio also completed the development supervision for a second phase of 48 class A apartments at Knoll Crest in Middletown, CT, bringing the total number of units at that location to 204. All three communities are experiencing strong leasing and revenue growth.

Since June, the Trio team has leased more than fifty percent of the newly repurposed 190 apartments at Spectra Boutique Apartments; the former Sonesta Hotel in Downtown Hartford. Additionally, having just opened this month, Trio welcomed the first residents at Hartford's newest mid-rise apartments, the Front Street Lofts.
