Daily, he integrates business unit operational processes and consolidation reports, while serving as an estimator, cost engineer and contract administrator. Additionally, he takes on other management functional positions to direct teams in achieving goals in a timely matter.

Looking ahead, Mr. Guerette plans to continue growing with SNC Lavalin while taking on new opportunities as they arise.
