Part of the challenge entrepreneurs face, especially those providing coaching services, is burn out. Running your own business sounds great. But the reality is often demanding.
Coaches who are just starting out fear that they won't get enough clients. Then, when they do get clients, they realize that working hour after hour is causing them burn out. They also notice that there is no way to increase their income without working more hours.
In the meantime, coaches grow more overwhelmed with the need to learn how to grow their service into a real business, leverage their time to increase their income, and get better known so they can reach more people.

That is why Hiatt created the Third Annual Group Coaching Megasummit. The Megasummit is a free training event, offering 20 presentations and interviews with experienced group coaches. Hiatt knows what she is talking about when it comes to understanding how groups work. She has 37 years experience working with groups, first as a clinical psychologist running therapy groups for children, adolescents and adults. Then in 2004, when she began coaching professors and graduate students, she ran phone-coaching groups for them.
She then developed a small-group based accountability membership site for her academics (the Academic Writing Club), to provide them with daily accountability, progress tracking, community, group interaction and online coaching. Her site has over 450 members who pay monthly, which is run by 22 coaches.
Now, as the president of Finish Agent Inc, Gina Hiatt, Ph.D., she has built the academic system into software that all coaches can license. Hiatt's software stops the headaches of running membership sites and using complicated software before they ever begin.
Having run the Annual Group Coaching Megasummit for 3 years, she hopes to bring the advantages of group coaching to many more coaches, so that they can change lower that dismal failure rate of entrepreneurs, and watch their businesses take off.
