Domestic Violence Survivor Launches 'Happy Camp' for DVAM - Happy Mastery Workshop Series

    BUFFALO, NY, October 30, 2015 /24-7PressRelease/ -- October is domestic violence awareness month (DVAM). Founder of Love Shouldn't Hurt.TV, Suzanne Suchan, has launched a new workshop called 'Happy Camp.'

Geared toward all adults looking to 'stress less and laugh more,' Happy Camp uses holistic methods including concentration, focus and breathing while incorporating instruction, water Hado, vibration, music and laughter to teach others to be happier.

Ms. Suchan was buried under layers of guilt and shame as she was beaten by her husband over a two-decade span. Finally in fall of 2007, she gave their 16-year old daughter's the ok to call 911 during the next attack, and her husband was arrested.

Since then, she turned her life around and is a well-known speaker, mentor and media personality.

Happy Camp workshops teach how to overcome adversity, raise self-esteem, boost confidence, raise an individual's vibration, awareness, and perhaps most importantly, heal from wounds.. whether words or otherwise; whether it came from self-negative talk or abuse from another. It also covers bereavement and significant loss.. how to look up, get up, and live again.

They are taught as either a single, two-hour session, or a 4-session bundle (2 hours each), which gets deeper and is more expansive.

Ms Suchan teaches from the heart as a wounded healer. Using mindsets and methods that helped her to show her face again and overcome feelings of shame, Happy Camp is part of a larger system called 'Happy Mastery,' expected to launch in early 2016.

She will teach Happy Camp in any classroom-type setting ranging from churches to businesses to schools and other organizations.

Happy Camp launches Wednesday, December 2, 2015 at My Garden of Healing, 2770 Main Street, Newfane NY from 6-8pm. Reservations are $40 and are available online only at www.HappyCampNY.com. Seats are limited to due space size.
