St. Louis Home's Ten Years of Mercy Event To Feature Graduate Testimonials

The event is slated for Thurs., November 5 from 6 to 10 p.m. at The Hilton St. Louis Frontenac.

ST. LOUIS, MO, November 01, 2015 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Mercy Multiplied, a non-profit Christian organization dedicated to helping young women break free from life-controlling issues, is hosting their anniversary event to commemorate the St. Louis Mercy home's 10 years of lives transformed and hope restored.

This evening of celebration on Thurs., November 5 at The Hilton St. Louis Frontenac will feature testimonies from three St. Louis Mercy graduates who have overcome a life of extreme anguish from 6 to 10 p.m.

"For many years, I have had the opportunity to be personally involved with Mercy," said Jeff Fisher, head coach of the St. Louis Rams. "This experience has been both an honor and a privilege as I have seen firsthand the lives of young women forever changed through the Mercy program."

Camilla lived a childhood marked by fear due to emotional abuse of her father that left her turning to promiscuity and substance abuse to numb the pain.

"Chaos defined my life," Camilla admits. This chaos included three suicide attempts that landed her in a mental institution. When she had reached the end of her rope, she called Mercy, desperate.

Ten Years of Mercy begins with a VIP reception for sponsors from 6 to 7 p.m. with special photo opportunities with Nancy Alcorn, Joyce Meyer, and Natalie Grant. The main event begins at 7 p.m. with a plated dinner as speakers Alcorn and Meyer take the stage. The keynotes will be followed by a performance from Grant and later testimonies from three Mercy graduates, including Camilla.

VIP Sponsorship will get you a table at the event and a placement in marketing materials. Tickets are available from now through Mon., November 2 for $25. Past events have sold out, so be sure to reserve your spot. Come help Mercy Multiplied, celebrate the past, present, and future lives transformed.

"My experience at Mercy has given me the perspective and tools I need to be bold, make right choices, and not walk in fear when life presents challenges," said Camilla, 2011 graduate. "I want to share my story so other women hurting can know that they will get to this place, too."
