BOSTON, MA, November 04, 2015 /24-7PressRelease/ -- At this point in the school year, a parent would certainly begin to see signs that their child wasn't a good fit for their current school. From a lack of individualized attention to not enough challenge or simply school faculty that aren't a good personality fit for their child, there are many reasons a parent might decide to have their child switch schools. Some parents may be hesitant to do so simply because the change itself can be challenging. However, Delphi Academy of Boston announces their emphasis on individualized curriculum helps ease the challenge many transfer students and their parents might have to face in a situation like this.
"The teacher-to-student ratio is low at Delphi Boston," says Head of School, Corrine Perkins. Therefore we can guarantee every student will have their needs addressed in a transfer situation."
Delphi Academy of Boston contains three schools in one, using forms rather than grades. In addition to a preschool program, the Lower School is comprised of Beginner 1 through Form 2, which is roughly equivalent to kindergarten through the third grade. This is followed by Forms 3 and 4 in the Elementary School. Students usually enter the elementary school around eight-years-old and complete it when they are eleven or twelve. The final school is the Middle School, where Forms 5 and 6 are generally equivalent to grades seventh through ninth.
Interested families can call (617) 333-9610 for see if there is availability for their child. They can also fill out a request form or schedule an appointment with the school.
