Associated Asset Management's President Amanda Shaw Receives the Judge's/President's Award

    TEMPE, AZ, November 06, 2015 /24-7PressRelease/ -- The Arizona Association of Community Managers (AACM), an Arizona based organization committed to raising the level of community care, announced that Amanda Shaw, AAM's President, is the 2015 recipient of their esteemed Judge's/President's Award.

The Judge's/President's Award is presented to an executive who has gone above and beyond for AACM by serving on the AACM Board of Directors, Professional Standards Committee, Legislative Committee, as an Officer of the Board of Directors, facilitated legislative fundraisers and chaired one of the AACM Committees.

Shaw is a true leader at AACM and was even one of the founding members of the organization over 12 years ago. She has held a myriad of positions including President in 2003-2004, Chairmen of the Board in 2010-2011, Treasurer for six years and her current role as a member on the Board of Directors. As a founding member, she was able to establish and increase AACM's legislative presence at the Capitol and has since been instrumental in the growth and development of AACM by helping create their Code of Ethics as well as instructing Ethics and Finance classes offered through AACM. "I am incredibly honored to receive this award," said Shaw. "AACM is a pioneer in the community management industry and a great resource for Arizona Homeowners Associations and our State Legislators. It has been an amazing experience helping this organization grow into what it has become today."
