Mr. Bracken's litigation practice focuses on commercial, construction, copyright infringement, wrongful death and personal injury disputes, particularly those related to oil and gas exploration and production. He has represented individuals and businesses in both personal injury and commercial litigation matters in trials, appeals and arbitration proceedings.
Mr. Ramos is an experienced energy and international project development attorney who represents clients of all sizes in drafting and negotiating complex commercial transactions. He focuses his practice on serving energy industry and business interests in Latin America, and is a recognized leader in energy policy, having testified before the Texas Senate Natural Resource Committee on Mexico's energy reforms and its impact on Texas.
