Financial Gravity Holdings Raises $2 Million in Series A

    ALLEN, TX, November 10, 2015 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Financial Gravity Holdings is pleased to announce it has closed its Series A Private Placement raising $2,000,000 by issuing 2,000,000 shares of Common Stock at a price of $1.00 per share to 24 accredited investors each investing between $50,000 to $500,000. These investors were comprised from 8 states, including Texas, Arizona, California, Ohio, Maryland, South Carolina, Michigan and Tennessee.

The Series A round was led by a variety of private investors, many deciding to not only invest, but have their businesses become Financial Gravity customers and partners.
