RWA Director of Planning Transitions to New Strategic Role

    NAPLES, FL, November 11, 2015 /24-7PressRelease/ -- RWA, Inc. is pleased to announce that Patrick Vanasse, AICP, will be assuming a new role within the company towards the end of 2015. Pat's new role with RWA as Community Development Director will involve him in the strategic development of the firm's initiatives along with business development and client relationships. This new role will foster Patrick's continued involvement with RWA, while allowing him to start up a niche building and development company.

Pat will be moving to part-time status, and he will start to transition out of his day-to-day role as the RWA Director of Planning. Pat will continue to provide higher level advisory support on land use planning and entitlement projects. Over the next few months, his on-going involvement in RWA's current project workload will be the firm's highest priority in order to ensure the success of projects and to continue providing outstanding service to its clients. In moving forward, RWA will be recruiting additional planners to work within the company's existing Planning Group and new operating scheme.

Pat's initiative exemplifies RWA's desire to provide a flexible work environment that encourages its senior management group to explore synergistic opportunities that are aligned with RWA's longer term vision and that can provide mutual benefit. This is consistent with RWA's desire to differentiate the firm in terms of how it conducts business in the future.
