CHICAGO, IL, November 18, 2015 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Redwood Logistics, a nationally-recognized logistics services provider headquartered in Chicago, was named on Chicago Tribune's 2015 Top Workplaces list. Redwood is one of only three logistics companies in Chicago to be on the list four years in a row.
"It's an honor to be recognized as a Top Workplace for four years in a row," said Todd Berger, President and CEO of Redwood Logistics. "It's incredibly rewarding to come into the office every day and see the enthusiasm. Our culture is key to our success, and it's crucial that we continue this focus as we grow."

The survey asked employees to respond anonymously about their view of the company's, leadership, culture, benefits, salary and perks. Of particular note is Redwood's commitment to on-going career development, which is fostered by allowing team members access to leadership and the launch of a new mentorship program. Redwood also strives to offer team members a very competitive compensation and benefits package.
