Peakview Assisted Living and Memory Care Opens Doors

Featuring stunning Front Range views, Peakview Assisted Living and Memory Care opened with a continuum of care including Assisted Living, Transitional Memory Care and Memory Care, along with Spectrum's top-flight amenities, dining and signature wellness programs.

New residents can choose from a range of sizes for their new homes, including studio and one-bedroom apartments to two-bedroom, two-bath, 1,200-square-foot apartment homes. Apartments are still available.

Peakview is Spectrum's fifth community in Colorado. All residences within the two-story, 71,000-square-foot community have been planned to maximize health, independence, security and peace of mind, while also compassionately supporting those who need more assistance. As with all Spectrum Retirement Communities, Peakview will host on-site personal care services with licensed professionals who offer occupational and speech therapies, monthly health screenings and physical rehabilitation. In addition, Peakview's Transitional Memory Care program, unique to Spectrum communities, supports seniors with mild cognitive impairment, while still offering a high level of independence.

The community employs 75 full- and part-time team members from the area.
