Las Vegas Golf Course Appoints New Director of Food and Beverage

    LAS VEGAS, NV, November 21, 2015 /24-7PressRelease/ -- The Revere Golf Club, located just outside of Las Vegas, is proud to announce Whitney Brunig as the newly appointed Director of Food and Beverage.

Brunig brings over fifteen years of hospitality and food and beverage management to her role overseeing the food and beverage operations throughout the Revere Golf Club facility including Buckman's Grille, on-course for daily play as well as tournament guests, and the wedding and banquet catering services.

"I look forward to working closely with the team at Revere Golf Club to provide our guests with the highest quality dining experience throughout the facility," says Whitney Brunig.

Her responsibilities will be to ensure that the food and beverage operations of the facility run efficiently, safety and sanitation procedures are practiced, costs are controlled, service levels are performed impeccably and a high-quality product is presented each and every time.

Brunig's experience in hospitality management with national brands such as Sheraton has cultivated her passion for training and guest services. In addition to training, Brunig has also been responsible for overseeing the development of revenue generating menu packages and created labor expense management systems.
