Katie's Pizza & Pasta Featuring New Catering Menu

    ST. LOUIS, MO, November 27, 2015 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Katie's Pizza and Pasta Osteria, a local Italian eatery, is now featuring a new catering menu for the fall and winter seasons at their Rock Hill location.

The menu features several new items that feature the authentic Italian taste that St. Louis residents have come to know and love. Each selection is perfectly portioned to serve eight to ten people.

Appetizers feature an array of items that patrons are bound to enjoy, including charred cauliflower with pecorino, parsley, and lemon; sausage stuffed fried castelvetrano olives with yogurt and fennel pollen; and a wide variety of crostinis and burratas seasonal figs and prosciutto. For those in the mood for something a little spicier, Katie's Pizza & Pasta Osteria also features their Taleggio and spicy Coppa crostini with blood orange marmalade.

Their salads are sure to please with shaved kale, finnochiona salame, fennel, Castelvetrano olives, ricotta salata, fresh oregano, and creamy balsamic vinaigrette. The Italian eatery also features unique, flavorful salads including the Tuna Nicoise salad with seared ahi tuna, arugla, haricot verts, egg, fingerling potatoes, nicoise olives, radish, and caper berry relish and lemon vinaigrette.

Selections for the main course range from classic Katie's Pizza & Pasta Osteria pizzas as well as the new fall pizzas that have been recently added to the menu. For those interested in pasta dishes, the menu features the new Gnudi with balsamic pork belly, brown butter, and sage, as well as the black spaghetti with squid ink spaghetti, prawns, scallops, clams, caviar, and chili flake, and many other satisfying options.
