Chelle Konyk Honored for her Commitment to the Practice of Law

    WEST PALM BEACH, FL, December 01, 2015 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Attorney Chelle Konyk of Konyk & Lemme PLLC has been recognized for showing dedication, leadership and excellence as a community association attorney representing hundreds of clients throughout Florida.

Ms. Konyk has eight years of professional experience representing condominiums, cooperatives, and homeowner associations and is currently the founder and managing partner of Konyk & Lemme PLLC.Throughout her career, she has set herself apart through the representation of community associations in every capacity, including general legal matters, contracts, disputes, collections, telecommunications and cable matters.

Ms. Konyk has an inate ability to bring people together to reach equitable solutions thereby avoiding costly litigation. She has been recognized by the Palm Beach County Commission for her "strong positive leadership as a citizen advocate." It is through this reputation that she has originated a loyal and devoted client base of more than 150 community associations.

In addition to her reputation as a community association lawyer, Ms. Konyk successfully lobbied to change existing laws relating to the provision of cable services in homeowners associations. She has also completed complex mergers of related associations pursuant to Florida Statutes, Chapter 617. She assists homeowner, condominium and cooperative associations throughout Martin, Palm Beach, Broward and Miami-Dade Counties.

Ms. Konyk received a JD from the University of Miami and a Bachelor of Arts from PBAU, where she graduated summa cum laude. In 2007, she was admitted to practice in the State of Florida, and she is a state-certified instructor of Community Association Manager (CAM) courses. She was recently inducted into Worldwide Registry and also maintains affiliation with the Palm Beach County Bar Association, the Martin County Bar Association, the American Bar Association and The Florida Bar. She was the former vice chair of the Palm Beach County Water Utilities Advisory Board and a former chair of the Palm Beach County Zoning Board of Adjustment. Ms. Konyk has received a Client Distinction Award from Martindale-Hubbell in 2015, and she is also an AV Preeminent Rated Attorney with a place on the Bar Register of Preeminent Women Lawyers.
