Ms. Pawnday parlays 10 years of experience in her field into her latest position as Financial Controller - ANZ with Omnico Group prior to taking three months sabbatical. Her areas of expertise include business process improvement, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, financial accounting, stakeholder relationship and internal controls. She is an innovative problem solver with proven success in developing strategies to achieve financial growth and increase efficiencies. In her position with Omnico Group, her daily responsibilities included overseeing complete finance, administrative, and IT issues, as well as human resource queries. She reported to UK based parent company, and handled compliance issues, statutory accounts and income taxes for Australia and New Zealand. She has gained experience in multiple markets, industries and organizational structures.

Through positive thinking and with an action-oriented approach, Ms. Pawnday has seen many professional successes throughout her career. She became involved in her profession because she enjoys finance, numbers and working toward results. Ms. Pawnday cites the highlights of her career as receiving professional recognition across the organization, as well as the lasting relationships she's built with her colleagues, managers, and peers.

A qualified professional in her field, Ms. Pawnday received a Master of Commerce in professional accounting in 2004 and a master's degree in international economics and finance in 2003, both from The University of Queensland. She also earned a Master of Arts in sociology and a Bachelor of Commerce in accounting, taxation and computer systems application, both from the University of Mumbai. In addition to her recent induction into Worldwide Branding, she maintains affiliation with CPA Australia. Looking ahead, Ms. Pawnday is working toward becoming a CFO.
