Furthermore, various lectures about the know-how that is necessary in indie game development, mobile game marketing trends, and in-app profit generation were held for developers. In particular, the event received positive reviews from participants, as Nakahata Koya, a producer of "Survive! Kim Jeong-sam, chief of the Digital Content Division at the Ministry of Science ICT and Future Planning, said: "When it comes to the future of smart content businesses, it is very important to open up a path to advance into global markets. To do this, the government should support companies with actual investments, and also various organizations like the K-ICT Smart Content Center should be created to provide various information, education, and programs to startups."
"Each company should use this driving force to expand the mobile business, which is Korea's strength, not only to the Chinese market but also to the European and American markets -- to let the world know about Korea's mobile industry. For that, the government will plan various support methods to create more jobs and an environment in which companies can prosper."
